Weekly Inspiration

 1   Tweet

This week we are focusing on preparation. Do you prepare for your new projects? It’s always a good idea to take some time to brainstorm and consolidate any of your ideas before starting a project.

My dad always says:

“the six P’s are the key to success”.

What are the six P’s you ask?

Perfect,
Preparation,
Prevents,
Piss,
Poor,
Performance.

Although my dad’s quote is catchy, I have to say Benjamin Franklin had a better take on it:

“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.”

Either way you look at it, preparation is a great place to start a project!

    Carmen,

Thanks for this week’s inspiration! I think Ben Franklin’s is a bit more witty, but your dad’s 6 P’s say much more. Prepare, prepare, prepare… and you’ll do just fine!

Interesting how your inspiration for this week ties in to our blog post – “Submitting Your Quote Shouldn’t Feel Like a Squeeze Play” It’s about how we can learn from Spring-Cleaning and the start of the baseball season to improve our business.

    Here’s the link, I’m sure you’ll enjoy:
